Job Overview:
The role of a Business Development Associate is to identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the company. They research and analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base. Overall, their goal is to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success.
Job Responsibility:
- Identify and approach potential clients via Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize profiles on Upwork and Fiverr to attract relevant leads.
- Write compelling project proposals and bids to win freelance contracts.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities for the organization.
Qualification/ Skill:
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) and their algorithms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of online bidding techniques and client outreach.
- Basic understanding of digital services (e.g., marketing, design, writing, or IT).
- Time management and ability to multitask effectively.
Experience: Fresh - 06 Months
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift Schedule: Rotational (Shift may vary from regular work day)
