Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Workshop Supervisor. The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, manage maintenance and repair schedules, and ensure high-quality work by the team. They will coordinate with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and address customer concerns promptly. The role also involves regular communication with corporate clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively in the workshop environment
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and familiarity with vehicle workshops
• Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Service
• Experience in managing workshop operations and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in fleet maintenance or a related automotive industry is preferred
• Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus
