Urgent Hiring:

  • Responsible to provide leadership, Coaching &direction to the Technicians in all aspects of trouble shooting & overhauling of machines.
  • Responsibilities including maintenance of mechanical equipment by inspecting, cleaning, and replacing of components as per defined protocols, also ensure timely and effective compliance of preventive maintenance of the system as per defined maintenance plan.
  • Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical systems during faults or breakdowns, ensure swift elimination of faults while keeping safety measures as basics.
  • Provide technical support to production team in product changeovers and trials in order to reduce downtimes.
  • Ensure to main inventory by checking Mechanical Materials stock to determine spares inventory levels & reduce the consumptions.
  • Ensure timely and smooth execution of mechanical workshop audit, ensure listing and tracking of tools, also calibration and adjustment of equipment to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records for maintenance and repair work, including job cards, downtimes, log books and any other relevant information.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injury to themselves or others, ensure execution of good quality work while keeping safety as priority.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E. or B. Tech) from a reputable university, preferably with relevant experience in the hygiene FMCG industry.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years' professional experience in a similar industry.
