Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with
    PSX, SECP, NCCPL, and PMEX
    regulations.
  • Review and monitor trading operations, client onboarding, and AML/CFT requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory returns and disclosures on time.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to inspection queries.
  • Assist management in developing internal control policies and compliance manuals.
  • Conduct compliance training for staff and maintain updated compliance records.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2–4 years
    of experience in a
    PSX-regulated brokerage house
    or financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of
    Securities Act 2015
    ,
    Futures Market Act 2016
    , and
    PSX rulebook
    .
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Certifications (preferred):
    IFMP Compliance & Legal Certification,
