Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Currency Exchange Teller role located in the Karachi. The Currency Exchange Teller will be responsible for daily currency exchange transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate handling of cash. Duties include processing foreign currency exchanges, and keeping records of all transactions in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling cash transactions and excellent numerical skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficiency in using currency exchange software and tools
- Understanding of foreign currency exchange rates and trends
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
