The Role:

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead JDFL into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership track record in the regulated financial services sector, excellent stakeholder relationships (especially with SBP, SECP, and other government bodies), and the ability to navigate complex environments with strategic clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and vision of JDFL
• Oversee operations and ensure efficient resource management
• Maintain regulatory compliance and corporate governance standards
• Drive financial health and sustainable profitability
• Cultivate relationships with investors, regulators, and key stakeholders
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Inspire and guide the senior leadership team

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong relationships with SBP, SECP, banks, and government bodies
• Adaptive and willing to work with cross-cultural teams; familiarity with Chinese business practices is a plus
• Forward-thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset

Qualifications:

• Minimum 11–13 years of senior management experience, preferably in regulated financial institutions
• Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder engagement
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong financial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and operational oversight experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Strategic thinker and problem-solver
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Deep understanding of compliance and governance
• Ability to drive innovation and navigate growth opportunities

Language: Proficiency in English is required
