The Role
As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving the company's operational excellence, strategic growth, and global impact. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will oversee daily operations, strengthen internal systems, ensure delivery of high-quality client services, and build a high-performing culture that reflects Foretak Global's values of Expertise, Integrity, and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all operational functions, including Procurement, HR, Finance, Contracting, and Business Process Outsourcing.
• Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and controls to support sustainable growth and efficiency.
• Oversee client engagements to ensure delivery of world-class solutions in workflow outsourcing and AI transition services.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute corporate strategy, business development, and expansion plans.
• Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and ethical business practices.
• Drive financial discipline, risk management, and performance monitoring to achieve corporate objectives.
Qualifications
• Proven track record (10+ years) in senior management roles within procurement, outsourcing, consulting, or international development sectors.
• Strong expertise in acquisitions, contracting, supply chain management, and outsourcing operations.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling businesses, implementing process automation, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development skills.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Development, or a related field preferred.
