Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Procurement Manager located in Lahore. The Assistant Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing contracts, and performing analytical tasks to support procurement decisions. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Requirement:

  • Graduate in Business preferred Supply Chain
  • Minimum 01 year of experience in managing procurement for food related industry
  • Well versed with procurement process and vendor negotiations
  • Handling Import / Export documentation and customs documentation will be given priority
  • Strong skills on excel and procurement tools
  • Related industry experience will be preferred

Job Description:

  • Facilitate procurement requirement of production.
  • Coordination with production and finance for the arrangement of supplies, ensuring continuous production.
  • Managing purchase documentation and process
  • Make comparative statements and evaluating buying decisions
  • Communication with Local as well as International Vendors/Suppliers
  • Maintain and improve the existing departmental reports
  • Look after Import and Export documentation
