About iREX Software Solutions

We are hiring for an accounting outsourcing firm who is serving clients across the Pakistan. The firm is specialize in accounting, payroll management, financial reporting, tax preparation, ERP implementation, and virtual back-office support.

We're expanding our Karachi operations and looking for a Junior Accountant who's passionate about numbers, accuracy, and financial reporting.

About the Role

As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in daily bookkeeping, monthly closings, and financial statement preparation for multiple clients. You'll work to ensure compliance and timely delivery of reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day bookkeeping transactions for multiple clients.
  • Manage A/R and A/P and their reconciliations.
  • Manage Inventory in store.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly financial reports by the 10th of each month.
  • Perform reconciliations and record adjustments, withholding, and sales taxes.
  • Ensure that accounting records are accurately prepared, including the proper recording of fixed assets, current assets, capital expenditures, short-term and long-term liabilities, as well as direct and indirect costs and expenses.
  • Work efficiently using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, LedgerMax, Fast Account, or Splendid.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • 1–2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
  • Must own a motorbike (fuel allowance provided for official visits).
