Light Injection and Auto Blowing Machine Operators

As a Light Injection and Auto Blowing Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines, You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to support our commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain light injection molding and auto blowing machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
• Follow SOPs and checklists to ensure consistent output and minimize defects.
• Conduct routine quality checks, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Document work processes, including start/end times and materials used, via standardized checklists.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years as an operator of light injection and/or auto blowing machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred; Matriculation or equivalent required.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting injection and blowing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow SOPs and complete checklists accurately.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
• Attributes: Team player, reliable, and able to work in rotating shifts if required.
