To strengthen our Project Management Office, we are looking for an experienced Associate PMO who can support project operations, streamline workflows, and optimize processes through advanced tools and automation.

Role Overview

The Associate PMO will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring, while ensuring process efficiency and automation across departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with automation tools, project management platforms, and marketing automation systems to help scale operations and improve organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating multiple projects across teams.
• Implement workflow automations using tools like Zapier, , N8N, and GHL.
• Manage and optimize project workflows using Jira, ClickUp, and
• Support marketing and sales automation processes through platforms like HubSpot and GHL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Job Specification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a project management, operations, or PMO role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Automation Tools: Zapier, , N8N, GHL
• Project Management Tools: Jira, ClickUp,
• Marketing Automation Tools: HubSpot, GHL
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
