Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Talent Acquisition Officer. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient hiring practices and finding the right talent for the organization.

  • Skilled in Conducting Interviews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
