Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
Sales & Marketing Specialist
to help drive revenue growth and brand visibility for PulseCore Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
finding and qualifying leads, cold calling, email outreach, managing CRM pipelines, and supporting marketing activities
such as content and social media. This role blends both sales execution and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Research and generate
    B2B and B2C leads
    using tools like , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
  • Perform
    cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
    to connect with prospects.
  • Qualify leads and update all interactions in the
    HubSpot CRM
    .
  • Work towards a monthly
    sales target of $10,000 in closed deals
    .

Marketing Support

  • Assist in
    email campaigns
    using , or similar tools.
  • Create and design
    sales presentations, proposals, and marketing content
    using Canva.
  • Support
    social media management
    (posting, scheduling, and engagement).
  • Collaborate on strategies to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain accurate activity logs (calls, emails, meetings) in CRM.
  • Provide
    daily/weekly reports
    on leads generated, calls made, and campaign results.
  • Monitor email deliverability, call connect rates, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in
    sales, lead generation, or digital marketing
    (US/International market preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English – written and spoken).
  • Experience with
    cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM tools
    .
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
