Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software automation solutions to streamline our business processes, enhance our software testing capabilities, and improve overall operational efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background with hands-on experience in both code-based and no-code automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation scripts and frameworks for web applications using tools like Selenium and Playwright.
  • Develop and manage automation workflows and integrations using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n and UiPath to automate repetitive business processes.
  • Build and maintain API integrations using Python to connect various systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation.
  • Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure the reliability of our automated systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, frameworks, and scripts.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance, to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automation Engineer, AI Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming with Python, particularly for API integration and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with web automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
  • Demonstrated experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms like n8n and UiPath.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Experience with other programming languages, such as JavaScript or Java.
