Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Tiles Industry

Location: Lahore

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with proven experience in the tiles or ceramics industry, and a strong working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1). The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of hands-on warehouse management experience, with a focus on inventory accuracy, team supervision, and efficient dispatch operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire warehousing process — from material receipt to final delivery — while maintaining accurate system records using SAP B1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storing, stacking, order picking, and dispatch.
  • Ensure effective use of SAP B1 for inventory tracking, stock transfers, goods receipt (GRN), and goods issue processes.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize stock variances.
  • Oversee loading/unloading of tile materials with care and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely material flow and dispatch.
  • Maintain warehouse layout and ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Generate reports related to inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance through SAP B1.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all warehouse documentation and records are maintained accurately and systematically.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Industry Background: Experience in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Mandatory working experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead a warehouse team effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
