We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Helper to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Loading and Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from delivery trucks and containers. Receiving and Sorting: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and sort items to their designated storage locations. Stock Organization: Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring all products are stored in a tidy and accessible manner. Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. Packing and Labeling: Pack goods securely and label them correctly for shipping. Inventory Management: Participate in regular stock counts and report any discrepancies. Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks. Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor immediately. Qualifications and Requirements: Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 10kg) for extended periods. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
