Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Associate, based in Lahore. The Purchasing Associate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing. Effective communication with vendors and internal teams will be crucial to the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Purchase Orders, Procurement, and Purchasing
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and supplier performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and coordinating with internal teams
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in retail or a similar industry is a plus
