Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Office & IT Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who want to build their career in a reputable construction company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Draft and manage professional emails for internal and external communication.
  • Operate and troubleshoot Windows-based computer systems.
  • Familiarity with using websites and online portals.
  • Scan and upload documents to company systems and official websites.
  • Support office staff with day-to-day IT and documentation tasks.
  • Perform occasional field visits as per project requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate/Graduate (IT/Business background preferred).
  • Experience: Fresh – 1 Year (training will be provided).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
  • Ability to write and manage professional emails.
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with websites and online tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly (1 week training will be given).
