Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor

We M/s Haji Syed Ameer & Brothers – A leading Roads and Infrastructure Development Government Approved Contractor, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the CA No Limit Category, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and road projects.
  • Evaluate tenders and manage procurement processes effectively.
  • Measure and value construction works for progress payments and final accounts.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure they align with budget estimates.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, with a focus on roads and infrastructure projects.
