About the Role

DSTS Digital is seeking a confident and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Marketing Executive with strong customer handling and data entry skills. The candidate will manage front-desk operations, respond to customer calls, maintain records, and support marketing activities through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
  • Maintain customer information and perform accurate data entry
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, records, and documentation
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients for marketing and lead generation
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and customer outreach
  • Handle basic administrative duties, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and basic computer usage
  • Confident personality with a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in reception, marketing, or data entry will be an advantage
