Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Islamabad. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, handling clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
  • Strong clerical skills and ability to manage various office tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
