Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Promote and sell customized Hajj and Umrah packages (3, 4, 5-star, budget options)
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed bookings
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Provide outstanding pre- and post-booking assistance (via phone, email, chat)
  • Resolve inquiries about travel arrangements—flights, hotels, transport, visas—with empathy and accuracy
  • Product Knowledge & Guidance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of package details and relevant stays (e.g., Ramadan, December, Hajj 2026)
  • Assist clients in choosing packages that meet both spiritual and budgetary needs
  • Coordination & Follow-through
  • Liaise with suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground transport providers) to ensure seamless logistics
  • Support pilgrims with documentation, ATOL/IATA assurances, and safety protocols
  • Recordkeeping & Reporting
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, streamline communication, and update client records
  • Report on sales figures and service metrics regularly

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    travel sales
    ,
    customer service
    , or
    pilgrimage coordination
    —preferably in Hajj/Umrah sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Bengali a plus)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with travel industry compliance (ATOL, IATA) is a bonus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
