Hot N Spicy is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Rider to join our team. The Rider will be responsible for delivering food orders from our restaurant to customers quickly, safely, and in excellent condition, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Description:

  • Pick up prepared food orders from Hot N Spicy and deliver them to customers on time.
  • Ensure orders are complete and accurately packed before delivery.
  • Handle food items carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with the restaurant for order status and updates.
  • Collect payments when necessary (Cash on Delivery).
  • Follow assigned delivery routes, traffic rules, and safety regulations.
  • Take care of the delivery vehicle/bike and report any maintenance needs.
  • Report any delivery issues or customer complaints to the supervisor.
