Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/Social Content):

WeAlways Tech is a fast-growing, small marketing agency where we know one-size doesn't fit all. Each brand we work with has a unique set of challenges. Thinking outside the box and bringing the human element to digital marketing is how we help our clients succeed. Marketing Qubed is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

The person in this role will be analytical and data driven, while keeping the human experience at the forefront of their work. Attention to detail and a partnership mentality are key to be successful in this role. This is not a sales role.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis as part of site strategy
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve search engine ranking
  • Write SEO-friendly content for client websites in a variety of industries
  • Write social media content for client accounts and manage their social profiles
  • Contribute to email marketing strategies and write engaging campaign copy
  • Show an active interest in learning and growing into technical SEO, with training provided by the company
  • Steward for agency processes and provide constructive input on how to improve the process for better quality and efficiency

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Create and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.

  • Own the posting schedule and keep our online community active and inspired through daily interactions and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments, highlight client success stories, and share firm achievements.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to see what's working — and then make it even better.

  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that help us stand out from the crowd.
