Job Overview

Instant Custom Packaging (UK) is looking for a motivated and confident
Customer Sales Representative (CSR)
to join our
UK shift sales team
. This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries via
calls, live chat, and emails
, primarily for
custom packaging solutions
for UK-based clients.

The ideal candidate should have
excellent English communication skills
and a strong sales mindset, with prior experience in
sales or customer support
, preferably within the
packaging, printing, or e-commerce industry
.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries through
    live chat and email support
  • Understand customer requirements for custom boxes and packaging solutions
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with UK-based leads
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Male/Female – Both can apply
  • Previous
    customer sales or support experience
    (Packaging experience preferred)
  • Strong command of
    spoken and written English
    (UK customers)
  • Experience handling
    calls, chat support, and email support
  • Confident, professional, and target-driven communication style
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Willing to work
    UK shift hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT)
