Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Generative AI Engineer. The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of generative AI models and systems. They will work on training data preparation, algorithm implementation, model fine-tuning, and performance evaluation. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated with the latest AI research, and documenting project progress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and fine-tuning generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal systems)
  • Implementing efficient training and inference pipelines
  • Managing datasets and ensuring data quality and compliance
  • Evaluating model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Collaborating across teams to align technical development with business goals
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging research and technologies in AI and ML

Qualifications

  • BS or higher
    in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • Proven experience with
    deep learning frameworks
    (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
  • Strong understanding of
    transformers
    ,
    diffusion models
    , or
    RLHF
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and experience with
    data preprocessing
    and
    model deployment
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and
    MLOps pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience contributing to open-source AI projects
  • Familiarity with vector databases, LangChain, or RAG pipelines
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
