**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Concept & Scriptwriting:** Brainstorm, develop, and script original, age-appropriate nursery rhymes or creatively adapt classic ones.

  2. **AI-Assisted Animation:** Utilize AI animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects + AI plugins, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Synthesia, etc.) to create vibrant, charming, and child-friendly 2D animations efficiently.

  3. **AI Integration:** Demonstrate deep knowledge of AI applications for content creation, including:

* Generating initial storyboards/visual concepts.

* Assisting with character/environment design.

* Automating repetitive animation tasks (tweening, lip-syncing suggestions).

* Generating or enhancing background music/sound effects (using tools like Suno AI, AIVA, etc.).

* Optimizing voiceovers (AI voice generation or enhancement tools).

  1. **Full Production:** Manage the end-to-end production process: storyboarding, asset creation (AI-assisted or traditional), animation, sound design, voiceover integration (potentially sourcing), editing, and rendering.

  2. **YouTube Optimization:** Format videos for YouTube (resolution, aspect ratio, captions) and create engaging thumbnails. Understand basic YouTube SEO for kids' content.

  3. **Efficiency & Speed:** Prioritize workflows that leverage AI effectively to produce high-quality content at a faster pace than traditional methods alone.

  4. **Quality Control:** Ensure all content is visually appealing, technically sound, age-appropriate, and adheres to YouTube Kids policies and safety guidelines.

  5. **Trend Awareness:** Stay updated on the latest AI tools for animation and content creation, YouTube trends in children's entertainment, and competitor analysis.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* **Proven Animation Skills:** Strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation skills (character animation, motion graphics). Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Toon Boom Harmony - or equivalent).

* **AI Tool Proficiency:** **Must-Have:** Demonstrable experience and deep understanding of using AI tools specifically for animation, image generation, and/or audio production within a creative workflow. Ability to evaluate and integrate new AI tools effectively.

* **Content Creation:** Experience in scriptwriting/storytelling, preferably for children or nursery rhymes. Understanding of rhythm, rhyme, and child engagement.

* **Technical Proficiency:** Expertise in video editing, sound editing, and rendering for digital platforms (specifically YouTube).

* **Efficiency Focus:** Ability to leverage technology (especially AI) to optimize production speed without compromising creative quality.

* **YouTube Knowledge:** Understanding of YouTube video specs, thumbnail best practices, and basic SEO.

* **Creativity & Originality:** Ability to generate fresh ideas and charming visual styles appealing to young children.

* **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous about animation quality, timing, audio sync, and overall polish.

* **Reliability & Self-Motivation:** Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently in a remote setting.

**Highly Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Haves):**

* Experience creating content specifically for YouTube Kids.

* Basic illustration skills (digital or traditional) for custom asset creation beyond AI generation.

* Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate content design.

* Voice acting or voice direction experience.
