The Role

Overman Studios isn't just a media house — it's a movement at the intersection of real estate, fashion, interiors, and truth-driven storytelling. We need a Male
Project & Account Manager
who can be the
spine
of this operation: holding projects steady, carrying communication with grace, and ensuring every Overman output leaves in its highest form.

This role is for someone who thrives in both order and creativity: a guardian of timelines, a translator of vision, and a custodian of client trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

  • Build and manage project timelines, ensuring shoots, edits, and deliverables run like clockwork.
  • Track every moving part (shoot schedules, post-production, approvals, content calendars) and align team members.
  • Ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and at Overman's standard of excellence.

2. Client/Account Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for select Overman clients (Design Block, Grandeur Homes, MAC, etc.).
  • Communicate clearly with clients, updating them on progress, gathering feedback, and aligning expectations.
  • Guard Overman's creative vision — balancing client requests with the studio's elevated standard.

3. Internal Coordination

  • Manage workflows between videographers, editors, social media managers, and creatives.
  • Prepare and circulate briefs, timelines, and checklists before every project.
  • Ensure Social Media Manager and Husban have clarity on priorities.

4. Overman Brand Custodianship

  • Manage Overman's own account as if it were a high-end client — planning posts, campaigns, and launches.
  • Maintain internal content calendars for Overman Studios (reels, carousels, campaigns).
  • Ensure the studio's own storytelling doesn't fall behind while serving clients.

5. Financial Awareness

  • Track hours, budgets, and costs per project; flag scope creep early.
  • Ensure retainers are respected in terms of deliverables vs. extra requests.
  • Prepare simple reports for clients on work delivered each month.

Profile We're Looking For

  • Experience in project/account management within media, marketing, or creative industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English & Urdu.
  • A balance of professionalism and creativity — can handle both corporate clients and Overman's elevated aesthetic.
  • Spiritual maturity: respects divine order, values trust, and carries work with
    ihsān
    (excellence).
