AI Video Editing Specialist

Overview

We're looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Video Editor who's passionate about using AI technologies to create world-class video content.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in modern editing workflows, combining traditional tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop with next-generation AI platforms such as Sora 2, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, and OpusClip.

This role blends technical precision with artistic storytelling. You'll transform scripts and raw footage into visually engaging videos for social media, YouTube, landing pages, and ad campaigns, while helping develop an AI-enhanced workflow to automate and accelerate production without compromising creativity or quality.

You'll work closely with our in-house marketing and creative team to produce videos that inspire, engage, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit and enhance content for reels, stories, YouTube, promotional ads, and training clips.

Apply strong storytelling through pacing, transitions, and sound design.

Integrate motion graphics, subtitles, and overlays where needed.

AI-Driven Video Creation

Use AI tools (Sora 2, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) for video generation, dubbing, lip-sync, and scene creation.

Experiment with AI workflows for script-to-video automation and b-roll generation.

Help design a seamless, scalable AI video production pipeline.

Localization & Translation

Work with pre-translated scripts and English audio tracks to create polished edits.

Integrate translated or Hebrew subtitles while maintaining timing and visual consistency.

Creative Development & Ideation

Collaborate on new video concepts and campaigns.

Suggest fresh visual styles, editing approaches, and AI tools to enhance production.

Platform Optimization & Delivery

Adapt content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality work on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Hands-on experience with AI-based tools (Sora 2, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip, etc.).

Strong understanding of video pacing, transitions, sound design, and composition.

Excellent English comprehension for scripts and briefs.

Independent and organized, with consistent on-time delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing or social media content creation.

Familiarity with AI voiceover and image generation tools (ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Leonardo).

Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.

Creative adaptability for short-form content and platform optimization.
