Role Description

We are seeking a Full-time Video Production Specialist (YouTube) to join our team on-site at our Rawalpindi office. The primary responsibilities include creating high-quality video content, editing, and producing videos for our YouTube channel. This role involves managing the entire video production process, including concept creation, script collaboration, filming, and post-production editing. The Video Production Specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding and promotional goals, using creative storytelling to engage and grow our audience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing software and tools
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of YouTube platform practices, trends, and optimization strategies
  • Basic understanding of Marketing concepts to create impactful and relevant content
  • Attention to detail and creativity in storytelling and visual design
  • Prior experience with video production for digital platforms or online content is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
