Position Purpose:
The
Senior Content Writer
plays a critical role at Reach First, creating impactful content for businesses across the US and Canada. This includes blogs, articles, press releases, website copy, landing pages, and social media content.

The ideal candidate must have a natural flair for writing, creativity, and the ability to understand different markets and audiences. They must be able to manage multiple clients across various niches, follow client instructions with precision, and deliver accurate, high-quality content on time.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
• Certification(s): NA

Experience:

• Minimum
  3 years of proven professional writing experience
  in a related field, with a portfolio showcasing both B2B and B2C work.

Responsibilities:

• Produce
  well-researched, high-quality content
  for both online and offline publication.
• Manage content schedules and deliver drafts or final versions within deadlines.
• Apply
  SEO best practices
  to ensure maximum visibility and ranking.
• Develop and execute
  content strategies
  tailored to each client and platform.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and managers to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned campaigns.
• Write compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
• Conduct research and translate findings into engaging, accurate content.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute content across platforms, including websites, blogs, email, and product descriptions.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize visual and written communication.
• Stay current with industry trends, digital platforms, and evolving best practices.
• Perform other content-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of excellent writing across multiple content formats.
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, idioms, and emerging trends.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt.
• Must be able to write for a diverse range of clients.
• Must be able to strictly meet client instructions.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content.
• Ability to simplify technical topics into clear, conversational language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting ideas and strategies.
• Proficiency in
  Google Workspace
  and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with grammar-checking tools (e.g.,

  ) and AI-driven platforms (e.g.,
  ChatGPT
  ) to improve content quality.
• Understanding of branding principles and strict adherence to client style guides.
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
