We're Hiring: LinkedIn Outreach & B2B Social Media Expert

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs45,000 – Rs55,000/month

Are you a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with a passion for B2B sales, international client acquisition, and digital networking?

Infinity Warriors is seeking a B2B Expert who excels in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and converting leads into long-term business relationships via LinkedIn and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform strategic LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential international clients and decision-makers.
  • Create personalized messages and campaigns that speak directly to our B2B audience.
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online directories, and scraping tools.
  • Maintain and manage communication pipelines, including follow-ups, responses, and lead tracking.
  • Work closely with the business development team to convert cold leads into paying clients.
  • Engage in LinkedIn Groups and relevant forums to build relationships and visibility.
  • Contribute to and support B2B campaigns on other platforms like Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook groups as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience with B2B LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to hit KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a professional attitude.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn automation tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
