We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidding and LinkedIn Outreach Expert to join our team on a performance-based contract.

Position Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to work as an independent contractor specializing in:


• Submitting competitive bids on Upwork for various projects


• Conducting targeted LinkedIn outreach to potential clients


• Building relationships and generating leads


• Managing client communications and project delivery

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and bid on suitable projects on Upwork that align with your expertise


• Craft compelling bid proposals that stand out from competitors


• Conduct personalized LinkedIn outreach to build relationships with potential clients


• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients


• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout project lifecycle


• Report on performance metrics and conversion rates

Compensation Structure:


• Hourly rate for active bidding and outreach work


• Commission on each successfully closed contract (percentage based on contract value)


• Performance bonuses for achieving targets

Required Skills:


• Proven experience with Upwork bidding and project acquisition


• Strong LinkedIn networking and outreach skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
