Summary

The role involves supporting infrastructure services to ensure maximum availability for banking business operations. The position focuses on datacenter operations, automation, job scheduling, and file transfer management, ensuring business continuity, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support
  Datacenter Operations
  and application deployments.
• Administer and perform BAU activities for
  Job Schedulers
  and
  Managed File Transfer Tools
  .
• Automate datacenter operational activities with proper controls and exception handling.
• Ensure
  high availability
  and continuity of critical applications across primary and secondary sites.
• Perform
  impact analysis
  and take corrective actions for production issues.
• Track and manage
  DC operations service tickets
  and monitor application batches per SOPs.
• Escalate and record systems, application, and batch issues, coordinate with internal and vendor teams.
• Monitor alerts from enterprise monitoring systems and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Deploy approved infrastructure changes and ensure
  pre- and post-validation
  processes are followed.
• Support
  audit, security, and regulatory compliance
  requirements.
• Maintain
  MTTR
  and
  uptime
  targets and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Liaise with incident management and product management teams for issue escalation and closure.
• Participate in
  business continuity testing
  and ensure readiness of support systems.

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years in infrastructure operations or datacenter management.
• Workload automation and scheduler tools (e.g.,
  Automic
  )
• Managed file transfer tools (e.g.,

  )
• Windows & Unix operating systems
• Networking concepts and administration
• Oracle & SQL platforms
• Cloud concepts and basic business application knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and reporting abilities
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes
• Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and compliance
