Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Recruiter based remotely, with work-from-home flexibility. Position requires candidate to work in US Eastern Time Zone. Candidate will be joining our team in Pakistan. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process. Daily tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various technical positions. This role requires effective communication with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
  • Strong Communication and Hiring skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the Information Technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
