We are seeking an innovative and highly technical
AI Video Editor / Creative Technologist
to join our fast-paced content team. This role is at the vanguard of digital production, focusing on rapidly generating high-impact, short-form video assets using state-of-the-art generative AI platforms.

Prompt Engineering Expertise:
Serve as the team's leading expert in translating creative briefs and strategic objectives into hyper-specific, optimized textual prompts for various AI models.

Rapid Content Generation:
Utilize multiple text-to-video, image-to-video, and other specialized AI tools to produce a high volume of engaging short-form videos (e.g., for social media, ads, web) on a daily, demand-driven schedule.

Post-Production Refinement:
Apply basic to mid-level traditional video editing skills to refine, enhance, and finalize AI-generated outputs (e.g., precise cutting, timing, adding licensed music, sound effects, voiceovers, and dynamic text overlays).

Quality & Compliance:
Maintain a high standard of visual quality and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

What You Will Bring:

  • Generative AI Proficiency:
    Demonstrable, hands-on experience working proficiently with
    multiple commercial and open-source AI video generation platforms.

  • Core Editing Fluency:
    Solid foundational knowledge and working experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) for post-AI enhancement.

  • A Content Mindset:
    A strong understanding of short-form video narrative structure, pacing, and hooks is crucial for maximizing audience retention and engagement.

  • Technical Creativity:
    A unique blend of technical acumen and visual creativity—you understand the algorithmic limitations but know how to push them for breakthrough results.

  • Exceptional Iteration:
    The proven ability to iterate rapidly on prompts and drafts to deliver polished, ready assets under tight deadlines.
