We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Marketing Manager with proven experience in the B2B industry to join our team in Lahore. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and creativity, as you will work closely with leadership to shape, execute, and scale our marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management & PR: Define and strengthen brand positioning, storytelling, and outreach through press, industry forums, and publications.
  • Social Media & Community: Build and execute strategies for social channels, Reddit, industry directories, and referral traffic growth.
  • Content Expansion: Oversee production of high-value marketing assets, including lead magnets, nurture content, and impactful video content (with a focus on AI-driven overviews). Manage internal and external content resources.
  • Website & Social Proof: Lead the execution of our next-generation website vision and strengthen online credibility through reviews, testimonials, and thought leadership content.
  • Partnerships & Go-to-Market (GTM): Support and/or own GTM execution for specific modules and partnership initiatives, driving awareness and demand.
  • Marketing Operations & Delegation: Manage outbound campaigns, Ads, SEO, and other initiatives. Delegate tasks effectively to resources while maintaining high standards of execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS/product-based experience is a plus).
  • Strong background in both strategic and executional marketing.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, paid ads, and outbound strategies.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content-driven marketing campaigns (blogs, lead magnets, video, thought leadership).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with brand building, community growth, and PR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
