Role Description

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can develop high-converting ad angles and content strategies for our DTC clients. You'll work closely with the media buyer and design team to produce creative briefs, scripts, and content calendars, all aligned with Islamic guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop scroll-stopping hooks, storyboards, and content ideas for Facebook & Instagram ads
  • Build monthly content strategies (organic paid)
  • Collaborate with the design and video team for creative execution
  • Analyze ad performance to improve creatives based on data.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of ad storytelling, buyer psychology, and viral formats
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-response marketing
  • Strong communication and briefing skills
  • Alignment with Islamic values and ethical content standards
