Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Amazon Virtual Assistant, located in Jhelum. The Amazon Virtual Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as product research, listing creation, keyword optimization, inventory management, competitor analysis, and answering customer inquiries. The role also involves managing advertising campaigns, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring seamless operations to maximize sales and revenue on Amazon. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Product Research, Listing Optimization, and Inventory Management.
- Skills in Keyword Optimization, Competitor Analysis, and Analytics Review.
- Proficiency in Advertising Campaign Management, Sales Performance Analysis, and eCommerce Strategies.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage customer inquiries and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eCommerce tools; experience working with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant professional experience in the eCommerce industry.
