Noyan Digital looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Account Executive with hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, optimizing advertising performance, and ensuring the success of client accounts on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and executing backend operations within Amazon Seller Central, including product uploads, troubleshooting, and catalog maintenance.
  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) campaigns to meet client KPIs.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing product listings, A+ Content, brand storefronts, and ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to customer support messages and Amazon performance notifications.
  • Assist in conducting weekly client updates and compiling monthly performance reports, summarizing key insights, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in performing comprehensive audits of product listings, ads, and account performance to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Assist in executing market analysis to evaluate competitor activity, pricing trends, and product positioning.
  • Assist in collaborating with internal stakeholders across sales, creative, and data teams to align on strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field is a must
  • 06-08 months of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Strong Knowledge of the Basic Amazon Terminologies
  • Proven knowledge of Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategies and campaign management.
  • Good Research Ethics/Skills (Knows how to perform research not just on off but using google, ChatGPT etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and internal team platforms like Slack.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting audits (product listings, ads, accounts).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a competitive environment with problem solving and pressure handling skills.
