Generate and grow sales for Automation products, Instrumentation, LV/MV VFDs, Soft Starters - Automation & Drives department
Responsibilities:
- Constantly visit customer premises within O&G, Cement, Textile, Steel, Chemical, F&B, Fertilizer, Sugar, Power Generation, etc. industries to determine customers' requirements; aggressively market Khan Brothers 'Automation & Drive' products
- Develop local partnerships with panel builders, consultants, EPCs and contractors
- Constant communication with principals' technical teams
- Utilize existing industry connections and generate closer relationships with customer Engineering teams
- Expand customer base in Lahore/Punjab region
- Forecast annual sales/quantity volumes
- Maintain/grow strong relationships with clients via consistent and constant communication
- Design and present technical and sales presentations
- Analyze market conditions and competitor strategies
- Assist other Khan Brothers departments in sales strategies through client connections
- Monitor sales progress
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Minimum 1-3+ years in Automation, Soft Starters, VFDs business'.
- Technical based degree; Electrical/Mechanical are preferred
- Strong verbal skills in English and Urdu
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to define customer parameters, technically select appropriate models for customers and troubleshoot
- Determination to be the market leader and will to enhance customers' experience
- Must have a Drivers License
