We're looking for a
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager
to provide advisory support on compliance matters, ensuring our business operations, products, and processes fully align with local regulatory frameworks and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    regulatory and compliance advisory
    to business and operational teams.
  • Review documents (Concept Papers, BRDs, PRDs, FSDs, Contracts) for regulatory alignment.
  • Support
    product governance
    and compliance integration in new business initiatives.
  • Conduct
    quality assurance reviews
    to evaluate internal controls and risk areas.
  • Manage
    regulatory inspections
    and assist in preparing reports for senior management.
  • Recommend process improvements and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Education:
    BBA/BS and MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    5–6 years in regulatory compliance, advisory, or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of
    local regulatory frameworks (SBP or related)
    .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and promote a strong
    culture of compliance
    .
