GR Trading Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant (Receivables) to manage customer invoices, collections, and reconciliation of accounts. The role requires excellent financial accuracy, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to maintain healthy cash flow through effective receivables management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure payments are collected as per terms.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow up with clients for overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Prepare aging reports and highlight potential risks of bad debts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
