Role Overview

We are looking for high-performing Account Executives who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are passionate about solving problems for small and mid-sized businesses.

As an Account Executive for SMB Solutions, you will own the end to end customer buying journey — from prospecting to closing. You'll help SMB clients identify their operational challenges and position Edge's tailored solutions that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability.

This is a quota-carrying role designed for someone who's hungry to win, thrives on performance-based success, and enjoys working in a collaborative, culture-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing SMB accounts.
  • Diagnosing customer's needs and position Edge's solutions to align with client objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery and Relationship Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through CRM tools.
  • Contribute to team performance culture through learning, collaboration, and consistent execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in solutions, SaaS, or business services).
  • Strong understanding of SMB buying behavior and decision-making cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A growth mindset — driven, resourceful, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid setup (3 days RTO in Islamabad).
  • Comfortable working towards and exceeding revenue targets.
