Interwood Mobel is looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager – Corporate Sales to enhance our sales team. This role is essential in supporting our corporate sales strategy, driving client engagement, and managing key accounts to ensure the growth and sustainability of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by maximizing sales from both existing and new clients.
  • Develop, build, and maintain a strong client base by delivering presentations and introducing the company's products and services.
  • Manage front-end sales efforts with the support of the back-end design team.
  • Ensure all client queries are addressed within 48 hours of receipt, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with the costing department to provide accurate quotations and ensure stable gross margins, following up to close deals efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Conduct pre-delivery site inspections in coordination with the sites department before dispatch.
  • Review tenders and prepare bidding documents in response to advertised opportunities, ensuring compliance with the requirements.
  • Work closely with the Business Development department to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs, investigate and resolve service issues, and coordinate with the Complaints Department to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Prior experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets is essential.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proactive approach in identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and develop strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
