Role Overview
As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new
corporate clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role focuses on building relationships with procurement, HR,
and marketing teams to deliver customized gifting solutions that enhance employee engagement and client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across multiple industries.
Build strong relationships with procurement, HR, and marketing decision-makers.
Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals for corporate gifting programs.
Drive strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue and growth targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized gifting solutions.
Represent Gifts 360 at corporate events and networking forums.
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4‒6 years of B2B corporate sales experience.
Established network with corporate decision-makers.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
KPIs for Success
New corporate clients acquired and onboarded.
Revenue growth from employee engagement and event gifting programs.
Client retention and repeat business.
Conversion rate from pitches to confirmed orders.
Strategic partnerships developed in key industries.
