About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in leading complex initiatives through well-defined processes and disciplined project governance. The ideal candidate holds a PMP certification from PMI or a Six Sigma Black Belt and demonstrates deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This individual will drive operational excellence, ensure process compliance, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across technology and business initiatives.
  • Define scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of mobile app development projects using the React Native framework, from planning through launch.
  • Drive AI-related initiatives within the app, collaborating with data science, backend, and UX/UI teams to enable smart, scalable features.
  • Apply Six Sigma or PMP methodologies to optimize project performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, QA, and business operations.
  • Manage project risk, issues, and dependencies while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Optimize and document SDLC processes to improve consistency, predictability, and quality of outcomes.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and root cause analysis.
  • Mentor team members on project management best practices and process rigor.

Qualifications:

  • PMP certification (PMI) or Six Sigma Black Belt is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in technology, software development, or process improvement environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-level projects.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to implement structured processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Preferred Skill:

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or Change Management frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and backend integrations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern app deployment practices.
  • Exposure to user analytics, data governance, or AI model lifecycle management.
