Key Responsibilities

Strategic Research and Analysis

Analyze the global economic landscape, regional integration processes, and geopolitical changes;

Identify strategic opportunities and potential risks for clients in various international markets;

Track global industry trends and the competitive landscape, and provide market entry and exit strategies.

Strategy Development and Implementation Support

Develop international development strategies for companies (such as market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and investment deployment);

Assist clients in establishing overseas operating models and organizational structures;

Provide strategic advice on international policies, trade agreements, taxation, and regulatory changes.

Risk and Compliance Management

Assess international political, economic, and compliance risks;

Assist clients in developing risk mitigation and response strategies;

Provide advisory support on legal and regulatory issues related to cross-border operations.

International Cooperation and Negotiation Support

Participate in cross-border business negotiations, strategic alliances, and cooperative projects;

Build communication bridges with government agencies, international organizations, and partners;

Assist clients in navigating cultural differences and diplomatic sensitivities.

Internal and client communications

Prepare international strategic reports and feasibility analysis documents;

Provide strategic briefings and decision-making support to the senior management team;

Organize strategic workshops, international market training, and internal consulting meetings.

Job Requirements

Education: Master's degree or higher in International Relations, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field;

Work Experience: 3–8 years of experience in international strategic consulting, multinational operations management, policy research, or investment analysis;

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (other foreign languages ​​preferred);

Professional Skills:

Excellent international market research and data analysis skills;

Familiarity with the global macroeconomic and international policy environment;

Strategic planning and project management skills;

Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills;

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or other analytical tools.
