Strategy & Operations Associate (Full-Time)We're looking for someonesharp, fast, and hungryto join our team of problem-solvers and builders.Armstratis aforward-deployed management consultancy- that is, more than advisory, we believe in helping our clientsrealize the benefitsbydesigning, building, and implementingsolutions inside our clients' organizations.We're currently transforming the end-to-end operations of a leading US eCommerce brand, including supply chain redesign, building new business units, and implementing scalable systems from scratch.This isNOTa role for task-takers. This ishigh ownership. You will help shape what gets done, how it gets done - and then ensure itactually happens.What You'll DoBuild and run project plans across multiple workstreamsSolve operational problems in supply chain, customer experience, and growthAnalyze data to diagnose bottlenecks and design improvementsWork directly with U.S. and Pakistan leadership across departmentsBuild SOPs, workflows, and process documentationDrive execution, follow-through, and accountability across teamsEvery week will look different. If you need comfort and predictability, this is not your place.Who You Are0–3 years experience or exceptional student / society leaderStrong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets required; BI tools are a plus)Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and figuring things outCurious about how businesses work end-to-endThe kind of person who takes initiative without being askedCan communicate clearly (written + spoken)BONUS: can code or rapidly prototype workflows/automationIf you're arebellious critical thinkerwho challenges traditional systems and likes improving and building things, we're looking for you.QualificationsIf you can do the role but don't meet the qualifications below,still apply.Skills > Degrees.That said, you'll be best suited if you have:A background in Business, Economics, Engineering, CS, or AnalyticsStrong proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsProven ownership of something real (a society, project, startup, committee, system, event, etc.)Clear, structured thinking & communicationA track record of getting things done , not just planning or talkingBonus (Not required):Basic coding / automation familiarityBI or data visualization skillsExposure to startups, consulting, eCommerce, or supply chain environmentsExperience with ERPs or workflow/design toolsCompensation & GrowthUp to Rs110,000/mo for the right person (we can also pay in USD).
