Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate potential sales opportunities for our business. The ideal candidate will be skilled at researching prospects, reaching out through various channels, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Generate high-quality leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaigns' performance.
- Nurture prospects until they are ready to engage with the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with B2B and/or B2C sales processes is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
